David and Geoff

On Thursday, August 12, 1999, David attended the memorial wake for and celebration of the life of Grateful Dead tape archivist Dick Latvala. Dick was a close friend, and he will be sorely missed.

This is a picture of David with Geoff Gould, who runs the Grateful Dead forum on America Online. David looks a little frightened, but Geoff is really a very nice guy.
