	"During the fall of 1987, The Jerry Garcia Band was booked for eighteen shows at Broadway's Lunt-Fontanne Theater. The shows sold out in a matter of hours, breaking all records for Broadway sales. David Nelson was an integral part of this band, and his many contributions can be heard on the resulting CD, "The Jerry Garcia Band - Almost Acoustic."
