DNB HAWAII 2024 HANA HOU TOUR!

Aloha, DNB ‘Ohana! The David Nelson Band is returning to Hawaii again this year! Please join us for 4 magical shows on the Big Island – March 6, 8, 9 and 10!

We are happy to welcome Jay Lane on drums. Many of you know him for his work with Dead & Company, Bobby Weir and Wolf Bros, Ratdog, Les Claypool and Primus, Charlie Hunter Trio and basically being Bobby Weir’s right-hand man on drums for the last 30 years. Wally is sorry to miss this these dates and looks forward to being back.

CAMPING SUGGESTIONS:

Hawaii State and County Parks offer camping opportunities at reasonable rates. Please note that all parks require a permit and fee to camp.
Book your reservations ASAP as available options can sell out. FYI, you may usually only camp at one site location for up to (7) seven days.

Recommended Beach Camping Near The Eleven:

Ho’okena Beach Park:

Ho’okena Beach Park is a county park maintained by KUPA (Kama’aaina Unified to Protect the Aina) located 10 miles north of The Eleven on Highway 11 and then 2 miles makai (down to ocean) to Ho’okena Beach Park. (12 miles from The Eleven) It offers tent camping, flush toilets, showers, non-potable water, BBQ grills, beach rental gear, and ocean side camping. – Non-Residents: (Adults) $21 per night, per adult.
– Residents: (Adults) $6 per night, per adult.
– 7 Years Old and Up considered adult for pricing – lower pricing for keiki under 7 yrs.

Note: Although the Milolii (County) Beach Park is the nearest camping area to The Eleven it does not have any camping amenities or facilities except a portable toilet and the park is usually filled by local ohana.
